Pick up location changed from Brandon to Glenboro which is a one hour drive. It was very inconvenient. The worker at this location was very helpful.
MIA SFix your dispatch system! I booked the trailer over a month prior to be picked up in Winnipeg The evening before my morning pickup time i’m told I have to drive 160 kms to pickup the trailer at the above location. You people know that you have x amount of 1-way rentals in your system and should have been fully prepared to have the equipment available for pickup I was given a $100 discount which just covered my cost for gas to drive the 300 kms overall but nothing for the inconvenience and arrangements that were made and had to be changed The equipment was fine and looked after very good though. Do something with your dispatch system it’s not right!
