1. There is no service at this location. It was extremely difficult to use the mobile app. 2. The mobile app is so ridiculous for receiving and returning. It would not accept the return pictures we took. We followed the examples that were given. We had to call customer service and ended up emailing the pictures. 3. Whoever was working at the Clifton park NY location on August 22nd at 6pm hung up on us because they did not know what they were doing. Train your employees better. 4. All of the boxes (1-5) for the keys were unlocked and open so waiting as long as we did for the code was such an inconvenience and pointless. 5. The keys were all in the wrong box. We were told to use box 2, but box 2 had a different U-Haul key. Our key was in box 3. Very unorganized and again useless. U-Haul, do better.

Siahr SPlease let your customer know AHEAD of time that you WILL NOT be there when truck is picked up. Let them know that EVERYTHING has to be done on line. Tell them AHEAD of time NOT to ask the neighboring auto body for advice.. AS he will redm you out for asking! Thats All!
Bonnie WThe location is VERY convenient, basically around the corner...the end. The survey is forcing answers for the drop location. Never met the person in charge...just drop-off in a mudding parking lot. And take lots of pictures showing that it was returned. Would I recommend it....as a last resort.
