The service beginning with my booking on-line, to the pick up, and return were all exceptional! When I arrived at Alpine Motors, I walked into a clean and professional shop where the U-Haul Counter was very visible and staffed with a very competent and professional employee. Within less than 5 minutes, he handed me the key to the truck I reserved and walked me out to the truck on the lot to verify the odometer reading and assist me with getting the truck ready to roll. When I returned the truck later that day, I was provided with my closing contract, which was exactly as I had agreed. I 100% recommend this location if you're needing to rent a truck in the Glenwood Springs, CO area.

Would have gave them an excellent but the storage area hadn’t been swept. That’s it. Super easy.
Erik FThis location and the manager were excellent to deal with. Unfortunately whoever set this booking up did not correctly book it as a 24/7 pick up. Therefore, the truck was unable to be picked up at 7am as was requested. Again the manager of the location worked with me as soon as he was able and still managed to get me going before the normal 8am opening.
