Because I won’t be recommending U-Haul for any reason. This is the second time they have made a move excruciatingly awful. Wrong size truck was sent, so I had to get a trailer behind that took two extra hours of driving just to get to load. And now U-Haul is trying to charge me mileage. I’m exhausted, pissed off and broke.

NICOLAS PI have rented here many times. The staff is always efficient and helpful. I only have one small gripe: They also operate a service facility and a towing and recovery operation out of there. Their lot is often packed with vehicles making maneuvering a little dicey at times Doesn't fully bother me, but if you have little experience in pulling and backing trailers, you might find it a little challenging to get in and out. If you do: Ask for help. The staff will get you sorted.
