The app-based pick-up during after-hours was very helpful. And returning the equipment was super easy. We were very annoyed that in order to use the full space of the truck, we HAD to undo the dolly. We didn't need the dolly, but we did need the space. Luckily, the employee at the location had heard this specific complaint before and did not charge us for the dolly use.
