Clarity at checkout would be nice. Getting emails saying I didn't return the UHaul when it was sitting in the lot the entire time is annoying. I understand now there is a check-in feature. However, that falls under the scope of a UHaul employee. I'm using it and returning it; not checking it in like an attendant. Clarity on those roles and reasoning would be better in the future.

WILLIAM WThe windshield was dirty inside and outside. There was a sticky spill in the back of the truck that had to be cleaned up before loading. There was an exhaust leak that was very noisy. The driver's side cowl below the steering wheel was loose and hanging down.
