I would recommend the location, however our reservation when we arrived was not correct. The counter person said he could not fix it, we had to call the home office in Denver. After three phone calls it was finally corrected. It should not take 45 minutes to get a vehicle when you have an appointment. This glitch put us behind all day. Very stressful.

Returned the unit just before the location closed for the day. They helped unhitch the trailer from the vehicle, but failed to check in the trailer, so I was billed for an after hours check in and an extra day. Needed to call them a few times before someone actually answered the phone. Once they realized their error, a credit was issued.
