This place is not an open facility. It's an unmaintained lot containing a closed building with bars on the windows and padlocks on the doors and trash/broken glass on the ground. It's not the owner's fault - He's a very nice gentleman. However, this was NOT an open U-Haul facility and the fact that we were marooned there for 3 days with no facilities will be part of my BBB complaint/claim against U-Haul International.

not allow venues to block equipment in
JACKIE AThis was the 3rd location that we were sent to because the first two locations told us we couldn't drop the trailer at their location so we were already a bit frustrated with the return process. This place was not open the day we dropped off but it was generally a bit sketch and could use some TLC. We got the trailer dropped off, used the app which worked well, and got out of there.
Matthew HDrop off instructions weren’t clear, assumed someone would be around to check the equipment in. Was cleared up after a phone call and had to download an app to check in. Prefer that this requirement was communicated in advance.
