Unfortunately, I was told that the gas tank was full, but found it was less than full and found that the vehicle was dirty inside and out. I had no time to try to clean it myself, and it was the only van at that location that I could use. I was therefore stuck with using transportation and had to wrap my equipment to ensure that it did not get dirty in transport to my event. When I brought the fact that the vehicle was not full, and that it had some mechanical issues. I was told oh well and was charged without giving any credit consideration. Although the staff was nice and, this time, was open when I arrived I found the equipment not maintained to the quality it should be. I was told to keep my pictures I took to contact customer service. I would like to be contacted regarding my experience.

BLAINE MI’m still waiting for my phone call back after leaving a message two days ago. My mileage was supposed to be included in the deal I signed up for with u haul. I was promised no surprise charges. When I got back with the truck the guy working told me i went 14 miles over which is impossible because I should have had 3 days of miles all included with my deal I was only gone for 24hours. I told the man checking me out about the promotion he said he did not know how to change it in the system but he was going to call corporate and he told me not to worry about being charged. I received an email the next day showing the charge of my 14 miles over charge. Can someone please call me so we can get this straightened out.
