Awesome military veteran manager
JONATHAN WTook time to be helped and clerk made frequent complaints about various things. When testing electrical connection to trailer the lights did not illuminate with signalling or brake pedal usage. Was immediately told that the vehicle fuse was blown and that it could not possibly be the connector. Clerk then left and after some experimenting the ground connection was found to be extremely dirty and was making contact. Managed to clean it and lights started working.
Jacob KIt was a last-minute rental for us and they got us in and out very quickly and drop off was simple as well. Definitely recommend this location.
JAMES MI was charged an extra day. I returned my trailer the night of the night of the 26th. I guess no one checked it in until the night of the 27th and I got charged for it. No one replied to my email to correct this.
