This experience started out poorly due to the fact that U-Haul needs to revamp their hauling/towing configurations that the allow. I was originally advised at another location I could not tow a 2008 mustang with a 2014 Silverado 4x4 and was refused service. I was extremely livid. This was corrected at a diff location and I was rented the equipment I needed. This was my first experience with U-Haul. Today’s experience was also very pleasant. We got a lot of assistance with our pick up and it was a much more pleasurable experience. I will never go back to the original location of my prior pick up up.
