PAUL CI believe that at the very least, a customer is entitled to see the contract that they are being asked to sign. The folks at this location did not share that belief. They would not provide a written copy of the contract nor a copy of the executed contract. Moreover, they would not even give me a pencil with which I could even write down the mileage. Not personable. Not business like. Not at all a pleasant experience. I will not be renting from these folks again. Simply put, they were not nice people.
