AMADEUSH SThe van was not cleaned and that is unacceptable. There was a road hazard warning on the truck that I had to figure out myself because the representative didn't know what it was or how to fix it. The truck was riding unsafely. I had to find out what was happening. In the manual it called it a malfunction. I'm also upset that I booked it for Mebane and got sent to Graham which was a further distance and costs me more money.
