I rented a utility trailer from this U-Haul location, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, efficient, and made the whole process incredibly simple. Hats off to the woman at the front register, Khenny I think her name was? Pickup was quick, the trailer was clean and in great condition, and she took the time to explain the entire process with me. Returning the truck was just as easy—no hassle at all. An employee was ready in the yard to inspect and return my rental, literally as soon as I exited my vehicle! He checked it in, inspected it for damages, and even blew the dust out so the next customer could have a quality experience. It’s clear that the employees here genuinely care about their customers and take pride in providing great service. I’ll definitely be using this location again for any future rentals!!! As a bonus, what a fantastic little resale shop complements the dealership!! If you need jewelry...this is the shop for you! Definitely a place to gift shop for all the odds and ends!
