The inside of the truck windshield had a film on it which made it hard to see when you go into the sun. Look like it had been cleaned in a while. I cleaned it. I was also charged for insurance on the vehicle. I was never asked if I wanted to waive that and use my own insurance which I would have. The lady that helped me on the corporate phone to get an extra day was very pleasant and very helpful and she talk like she was going to take the charge off for the insurance and she ended up just not charging me for the third day insurance. All the lady at the location said was that she'd asked me if I wanted the insurance and if I had a problem I can call the 1-800 U-Haul number.
