Booked a 20 foot truck to move from Newfoundland to Ontario. One day before pickup after flying there I was informed that they didn't have a 20 foot truck and all they had was a 26 foot truck!!! More money in fuel and for the ferry. Why couldn't they at least tell me ahead of time and I could have looked into something else? Now I have to pay out of pocket for their mistake.
