They did not provide me with the equipment I reserved. I needed an appliance dolly which I paid for and they didn’t have one but they still charged me for it.

BARBARA EThese ladies were wonderful however I was called less than 24 hours when I had reserved my U-Haul and was told that the location that I reserved it in didn’t even carry the 15 foot U-Haul that I reserved and wanted me to go to Wichita, which was three hours away luckily they did find a closer location, but it was still twice as far as the initial reservation
Geri BI had to take a much larger vehicle since my van's keys were not in the lock box. This cost me nearly double the gas price.
