Tried to use mobile app to return after hours and wasn't working and difficult to enter drop off info. But it was taken care of in the end and super convenient. Thank you, very happy and got the job done. Will use again and recommend friends and family to rent from u-haul.

The trailer was clean and looked to be well maintained, but it leaked in water during our rainy trip.
GREGORY SAir pressure on one tire was low. Make sure that's checked because most people robably wouldn't notice.
