Sean was super helpful, professional, and courteous. Equipment was clean and worked great.
BRYAN OThe gas tank was only 1/4 tank. Was charged $41 on my bill to refill. I would expect the tank to be full when picking up. I feel as though I was taken advantage of on the fuel. The rest of the process went smooth but getting that bill soured me to using U-Haul in the future.
