The gas tank was only 1/4 tank. Was charged $41 on my bill to refill. I would expect the tank to be full when picking up. I feel as though I was taken advantage of on the fuel. The rest of the process went smooth but getting that bill soured me to using U-Haul in the future.

The truck was filthy. The windshield had bugs all over it, the truck was extremely dirty on the outside. I would never return to this location
DONNA WEverything was great.
MELISSA MI was able to participate with the load share program. What a breeze to pick up and drop off. No issues and if given the opportunity again i would jump on it. The ease of the uhaul app to get my equipment and return it.. awesome.
