The owner was very helpful and made the process easy. I would suggest having a sign out up out front or being very specific about location; without calling I wouldn’t have known where to go. Also, a dolley was requested and unfortunately there was not one available. Please ensure the renter has all supplies requested b/c it was expected.

Sarah MWas directed to a location different than what I booked that had no lockbox upon arrival and took an hour to get a new truck in a new location. Was made late due to the truck/ location issues.
