I have now been charged for a 72 hour rental and 3 days worth of insurance, after I checked out the truck at 931am on 8/31, and returned it on 9/1 at 830 am. Why have I been charged 3 days rental and insurance for a one day rental?

James CWas not the original pick up location. This location was about 30 miles farther than original location. U Haul charged extra miles when we picked up from this location instead of correcting it. Don’t think I’ll use U Haul again.
