The staff is excellent and very friendly. They are a very capable group and the convenient location has plenty of equipment on hand. Check in and check out was a breeze.

They didn’t have the vehicle that I requested, nor the blankets, and the vehicle pulled most of the trip (until the tire blew out.) after the tire was fixed the truck drove fine.

Leona HI contracted a one-way 10" truck. After driving over 100 miles to pick it up, I was told they didn't have anything but local trucks. I'd have to pay miles plus bring it back to them (another 100+ miles). That meant another 4 hours of driving, and having someone follow me to give me a ride home. UNACCEPTABLE, I won't be using Uhaul again if at all possible.
