They didn’t have the ordered appliance dolly and not enough of the furniture blankets. The lady didn’t seem to know anything about getting us ready.

The man who helped was awesome. System was down and he referred me to the 800 number to get started while he fixed it. Called me back while i was on hold. He was quick and understanding of my situation offering to let me leave my work van there if needed. He let me put a hold on the uhaul until Monday just in case. Two thumbs way up.
Danyelle LWorked out well. My only suggestion is to have 7 pin adaptors at the location for sale. I had to trailer to a parts store for a 7 pin.
