This location was great, however..... Horrible communication, rude main number people. In the local offices (private vendors) nice as all get out! Reserved truck multiple times because it was mysteriously canceled over and over. Cause of their mess ups we lost over half our stuff due to moving cross country in a freaking 15 foot truck for 5 people and pets! I have never been treated this poorly by u-haul, and I am in disbelief at how they don't do their job, and they just flat don't care. Very unsatisfied with their supposed customer service.
