Note: this is not about the facility, but the stupid app that you have to use. I arrived at the pickup location. Spent over 20 minutes trying to get the app to work to pick up the truck. The app does not work!!! I used the chat on it and they must have did something because it finally started letting me get past the "pick up truck" button. Then when I tried to drop off the truck at the location it said, there was no uhaul place. I called Uhaul and they gave me the right address. Then I returned it with more gas than what I received it because 3/8 is hard to hit. But then got charged 3.60 for the extra 3 miles... Less $$ than one of the extra gallons of gas that I put in it.
