Make sure you get the U Haul app so you have 24 hour access to your rental. At my scheduled pickup date, no one was at the store, thus having the app was imperative in order to complete rental and access the key. This worked ok & all went well. Thank you. Roger

SHELLY BPick the truck up and the agent stated it has a full tank of gas and fill it up when you bring it back. This was a daily in town rental. We drove the truck 11 miles 1 load and fill the gas with 6.94 gallons, either it was not given to us with a full tank or the U-Haul truck only get 1.6 miles to the gallon. The truck was great, the lady we rented the truck at Westmoor Storage was great, it would have been nice to have received a call apologizing, I provided the gas invoice when I return the key.
