I had a lot of issues with the online system. I have no complaints about the location, but the system wouldn't show my reservation until I called customer service (who were friendly and helpful) and then when I needed to return the vehicle, it said the drop off location was a different location from where I picked up the vehicle, then when I arrived at the new location and selected "return vehicle" it said it was supposed to be at the original location. So I was forced to drive across town twice, due to an error in the online system.
Lynde M.Kim at Store It Wise in Greeley was very considerate as I had to move the pick-up day a few times. The truck I rented was good and the "car transport trailer" was worked well. Since I had to drive on I-25 through Denver, there can be challenges, but no issues with the trailer or the truck.
Leland V.Kim was not only highly professional, she was genuinely nice. When I supplied info about (SMALL) problems with the vehicle, she took notes and thanked me for my "assistance." I would recommend this agency to anyone (especially women) who need to use a U-Haul vehicle.
