I had no success using the Uhaul app check out and check in process as there seemed to be issues with my order and a previous account or an incorrect phone number (never was clear what the issues really were). Contnually had to call 1-800-GO-UHUAL for excellent assistance but the check out and check in processes did take longer for that reason.

Battery was low on the truck, and it wouldn't start after being parked with 4-ways on. Luckily, I had a buddy helping me move who was able to jump the U-Haul. Otherwise, good experience with Stor-It-Wise @ Westmoor!

Kirsten ENote: this is not about the facility, but the stupid app that you have to use. I arrived at the pickup location. Spent over 20 minutes trying to get the app to work to pick up the truck. The app does not work!!! I used the chat on it and they must have did something because it finally started letting me get past the "pick up truck" button. Then when I tried to drop off the truck at the location it said, there was no uhaul place. I called Uhaul and they gave me the right address. Then I returned it with more gas than what I received it because 3/8 is hard to hit. But then got charged 3.60 for the extra 3 miles... Less $$ than one of the extra gallons of gas that I put in it.
