Lori MOffice help rude. The movers I hired through UHAL app canceled on me the night before my move leaving me with no help. I had already made the payment for them. Most unprofessional company I've ever delt with. Don't ever call. Lots Logistics on UHAL app. And the office help said not there problem I feel it was but they did not care or help me about a refund.
Chris LSo unsatisfied with drop off. I dropped off truck same as I got it. I put in gas to put it back as I got it. I have video to show it they charged me 12.50 more for fuel. this is low to scam people out of money. Some people 12.50 might not be that much. But to handicap people like me can't afford this crap.. -5 stars for Kim at this location. I will get ahold of someone from the ADA and BBB ABOUT THIS.
Les L1. We were supposed to pick the trailer up at 4:00. The location called me and asked us to pick the trailer up early because they had something else to do. We had to leave work early to accommodate them. 2. I went to return the trailer at 1130 today (4/28) and there was a note that they were doing something else and no one was there to help un- hook the trailer. I ended up getting it unhooked but hurt my back in the process. where should I send the medical bills?
