No one at this location seemed interested in helping me. Fortunately, I used the QR code on the side of the trailer to return the trailer virtually. That is a wonderful feature!

Joseph REmployees did not know how to do the in-person pickup procedure, resulting in an extended process and shortened me time to use the truck. Otherwise staff was friendly and did put effort into contacting someone who knew how to do the procedure.
