My below average rating is for U-Haul and NOT the local location operators. This location is very clean, well kept, and staffed with friendly employees. I feel it is absolutely unreasonable for U-Haul to rent trailers with no tongue jack/landing gear. Not that the trailer was missing its jack, U-Haul SIMPLY DOES NOT PROVIDE A TONGUE JACK ON THIER TRAILERS. This was a problem from the very moment I arrived to pick up the rental I had pre-arranged online, to the numerous times the trailer had to be connected and disconnected to the tow vehicle over the 10-day rental. We will be making seeking alternative sources for our next rental due to this MAJOR shortcoming.
