The lock boxes are a little hard to open. The one I had, some of the letters were rubbed off. I called support though and they helped me get my key.

Easiest time I ever had renting a trailer. The lady working was very helpful, quick and friendly. Everything was seamless. I was referred to here by a friend, and this is the only U-Haul in the area I will recommend to my friends.
