Overall experience with the truck was fine. Your app needs a lot of improvement. It took a good 30 minutes to get through what you had to do. Needing two people to confirm that I was running a truck is unnecessary. And trying to take the images required to get through. The app was difficult due to it, not processing the images and had to keep backing out and going back into it. I would say overall that would rate a one out of 10.

Very easy to access the unloading area , after tge recommended facility would not allow car trailers on site. The Ez mart recommended I drop the car trailer off at this location.
