The truck cab was leaking from the top front corners and got my property wet. Also I rented a dolly and there was not one available which is a big problem when moving. They should have a bunch available. Also, when I rented I asked for prepaid tolls and was told that wasn't an option and that they'll let me know if there are any charges for tolls, which of course, there will be. I'm concerned that I'll get that with a penalty fee. If so, I should have been warned that it would generate a turnpike violation.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis location is clean and lovely. No line. Immediate customer service by Gianni. He is an example of what exceptional customer service should be. Friendly, professional and helpful. He really cares about his job. Please commend him. In a world of regular horrible customer service, it is amazing to get such assistance as this. Truck was clean and well appointed. Easy to drive.
Elizabeth AI recommend to everyone who needs rent a tuck for any move stuff around.
MILTON NHad an appointment at 9am to pick up the truck. They advertised "mobile pick up'. Neither were true. No keys available via mobile check in. No one at the store front until after 9:30am. Truck was operational but had large screw in one tire.
Keith BThank you only need return the extra charge.
