The truck l reserved in town was not set up at 7 a.m. so l called the 800 number and was told there was a 10' truck about 21 minutes away. I get there, try to check in with the app only to have it glitch. THEN..l have to provide two names of people that they can call to verify me. I provide the two contacts only to be told l need a THIRD contact because my license was out of state. I could have provided this info when l reserved but wasn't asked then. All of this nonsense threw me off my timeline that l allowed for my move so l couldn't return the truck before dark (l can't see to drive at night), so l had to return the truck the next day and WAS CHARGED $70 EXTRA for something that Uhaul screwed up.
Theresa MI wish we would have received the equipment we needed without a last-minute change, which is stressful in a move, but the solution was helpful.
