The back smelled like piss and vinegar and everything that I transported ended up, smelling like it
MCKENZIE MThe Good Vehicle Quality: The cargo van was new, clean, and well-equipped. It performed perfectly for the move. The Bad Missing Equipment: The location did not have the specific rental equipment I reserved in advance. Poor Service: The attendant was unprofessional and complained about my parking choice despite a lack of provided instructions and the vehicle being in a valid spot. Inaccurate Charges: I was charged for fuel despite returning the van with more gas than it had at pickup. Improvements Needed Ensure all reserved equipment that is bookable online for this location is staged and available. Provide clear return/parking instructions at pickup. Audit attendant to avoid fraudulent fuel overcharging.
Ludovic TThis location is not welcoming. The online process is too long. Should I start doing the pickup registration before I reach the destination? Can I? because I'm getting tired of having to wait 15-20 min before I can get going with the truck. I already do the pre registration (license info and everything) every time. but simply impossible to get to the location and leave within 5 min. Too long. Also I clicked many time no Safe trip and somehow it got added to my contract. Not satisfied.
