The app said there was a drop box at the gas station but there was no drop box available. I went in to the gas station and the person in charge of U-Haul had already left. The person working at the gas station said I could leave the keys with them. Please install a Dropbox in the station for a safer check out. Thanks
Carlos AThe truck wasn’t well maintained. When accelerating and decelerating the gears would seem to slip a little. Also the truck as quite dirty.
