I reserved blankets, 2 follies & a utility hand truck When I went for pick up they were not available Since it was just a gas station location Why take a reservation for services that were not available. What if I did not have my own and was counting on them. Thankfully I had 1 hand truck. But it would have been a much easier move if I had the supplies I was expecting Very disappointing
