Do not require customers to use the app or mobile check-in. It is extremely inconvenient for most and when a vehicle is needed urgently to start the work day and Uhaul forces you to navigate a complex set of instructions on confusing and varying menus that seem to reload and recycle themselves at inconvenient times it drives your customers crazy. Myself and others at the counter much prefer engaging with the polite and helpful staff that always ensure our safe and speedy departure over the difficult and dysfunctional app/mobile check-in. No amount of UX design changes will make up for a human-human interaction, especially when customers are stressed and urgently in need of the vehicle they require.

JACOB SDon't show dollies / blankets on the website that are not available at the location Uhaul website overbooked vans so none was available when I arrived Mileage was wrong in the app and when I corrected it it still wanted to bill me for the incorrect amount Staff is helpful and location is excellent, the problems are all app problems
