I arranged counter pickup, protection pads, and utility dolly. I was told at the spot they do not provide pads and dolly, and I had issues with the driving license picture through the app.
Carlos ZThis was a terrible experience. I arrived and the van was filthy - dirty and also trash and food from the prior users. The back of the truck was gross too. I requested a dolly and blankets and neither were in the van.

Juan GDo not require customers to use the app or mobile check-in. It is extremely inconvenient for most and when a vehicle is needed urgently to start the work day and Uhaul forces you to navigate a complex set of instructions on confusing and varying menus that seem to reload and recycle themselves at inconvenient times it drives your customers crazy. Myself and others at the counter much prefer engaging with the polite and helpful staff that always ensure our safe and speedy departure over the difficult and dysfunctional app/mobile check-in. No amount of UX design changes will make up for a human-human interaction, especially when customers are stressed and urgently in need of the vehicle they require.
