Truck wheels were out of alignment and I got pulled over because one of the headlights was out. Easy check in and check out—but poorly maintained vehicles.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had a reservation for a van at 1pm. Upon arriving the guy told me van wasn't back yet. When I asked if he could check other locations he told me to call customer service. After about 20 minutes someone showed up with a small box truck and he said I could have that which was fine. He never checked it before I took it but the storage parts of the door had 1/2 eaten apples and empty cups and snack bags. When I opened the back it had all kinds of dirt and leaves from a plant or tree. I cleaned all garbage and swept the back. I have probably rented from uhaul 15 times in my life and never had a problem. Not holding it against the company.
Terrence vBeen coming to this location for years, great experience everytime. They are fast friendly and easy to work with. I really enjoy that they can help IN PERSON with my truck rental. Im not a fan of the phone check-out system. I find it difficult and tedious. In person is best, and the crew at Sonomax on GP ave is awesome.
Douglas RHidden cleaning fees. Super slow app and unclear pick up/drop off instructions. I wasted 30 minutes and the whole day plan went downhill, I was so stressed because of it.
