I tried two days in a row to rent from this location. The first day, the entire U-Haul system was down so they could not help me. The second day, they were very helpful and got me taken care of.

JULIANNE WThe receiving agent was very nice and explained everything clearly and didn’t give me a hard time about the cleanliness of the truck after I explained the situation she told me she would charge the cleaning back to the guy I originally got the truck from. So I felt she was extremely helpful
