I was charged a $10 cleaning fee. I was the only one in the U-Haul and the only thing I had in there was a cup of water. I was moving a king size mattress so I certainly didn't make any kind of a mess. I was also charged $25 for extra mileage. Had they looked at the truck and charged me while I was there, I could've discussed this with them, but I just received an email with these charges.

ROQUE YI tried two days in a row to rent from this location. The first day, the entire U-Haul system was down so they could not help me. The second day, they were very helpful and got me taken care of.
JASON BI was kinda taken aback on the $59 amount, only drove 14 miles....other than that...ok!
