Truck was dirty, fuel in truck was improperly stated , shop said 3/4 full picked up truck and only hat just under a 1/4 tank, shop said they would take care of it (unfortunately I did not take a picture) I cleaned and fueled the truck. After returning the truck the return shop did not want to hear my story and changed me for a 1/4 tank of fuel (I returned it with a 1/2 tank, more than I picked it up with) This is very disappointing because I always had a great experience with Uhaul.

Friendly team member. Truck somewhat dirty inside but no big deal. Only recommendation is to make check in process faster. I did online check in hoping that would speed the process up but I still waited for 15 mins or so inside to check in and get keys.
Dennis K.I cannot think of anything that could be done to improve service. The pickup and drop off was easy and convenient. At first I was a little confused when I arrived at the Drop Off Location, Vape and Smoke City, however when I entered the facility I was greeted and directed to where to park the vehicle. The personnel operating the drop off facility were all very helpful and took care of my transaction without any issues. I was very pleased.
