This location was great. However, this was the third location I tried. The first two locations I went to - I had reserved online and gotten a message confirming my reservation and said it was guaranteed. When I arrived at the place, at my reserved pickup time of 130pm, it was closed with no sign of anyone around. I went online and switched my reservation to another location that said was open and trucks available. When I arrived there, same thing - no lights on, no one around, door locked. Thankfully the third location was actually open and they were great. My other issue is that since the day I reserved this truck, I've been getting pounded with spam texts on my phone suddenly, which I had never gotten before - so I'm guessing you guys sold my phone number. Thanks for that.
