We were given a truck with a missing gas cap which resulted in less fuel economy. Also was charged for an appliance dolly that was never given to us!

JOHN MHave the truck ready when I am set to get it at 8am with digital check in and check it out when dropped off versus waiting 20 hours later to do so. Truck needed an oil change and front suspension was not good.
