I'm not sure what the $60 Safe Move fee was for. I would recommend full disclosure on all charges to clients.

While the vehicle was clean, the mechanical condition of the truck was appalling. An active check engine light was present at pickup, and despite being instructed by the claims department to continue driving, the persistent rattling caused extreme anxiety during the trip. To compound this, the dolly I reserved was not in the vehicle. This oversight cost me approximately six hours of my time and forced me to pay an additional one hundred dollars out of pocket for a laborer. I expect full compensation for these losses.

Kevin PI was charged the $15 safe coverage insurance fee. I did not want this coverage and had unchecked the option when I was looking at the rentals. However, when I went back in my account and ordered the truck, this insurance option must have been checked automatically because I would not have wanted the coverage. Overall great experience otherwise!
