I was charged the $15 safe coverage insurance fee. I did not want this coverage and had unchecked the option when I was looking at the rentals. However, when I went back in my account and ordered the truck, this insurance option must have been checked automatically because I would not have wanted the coverage. Overall great experience otherwise!

Joseph GMy reservation switched locations without informing me of the move. The application didn’t indicate a reservation change. If this location hadn’t of accommodated me I would’ve been extremely disappointed in U-Haul.
