James MOnly problem is they changed my reservation and pick up location 3 times.. luckily I was kind of flexible on my leave day.. not the facility I picked it up at fault. Uhaul itself called and wasn't able to keep the one I wanted.. or rented it.. or it didn't come back.. and instead of doing what a company should have and went the extra mile and had someone fo pick one up and got it there for the approved reservation they called and changed the day and location..
