HENRY CThere was no one at the location when I arrived for my scheduled pickup, after waiting for over half an hour I left to see if i could get a dolly from another location. While traveling to the second location I received a call from a u-haul office in Jackson MS and was told that the original location was the only place I could get the car dolly. I then had to drive back to the original location and prepare and connect the dolly myself while talking on the phone with the representative from the Jackson office and sending photos of the dolly and my documents needed for the rental.
