Truck I reserved was not available. Furniture pads and handcart I reserved not available. Information did not match my online reservation and I was overcharged. Not the employees fault, they were nice and can only do what the company provides.

Fernando iIt was a pack n ship store and they only had one employee at the desk for everything. Nobody available in the yard to help with U-Hauls. I would not go back to this location.
Ryan DBetter drop off locations, the place where the drop off was too small for the big box truck and toy trailer. Had to park in parking lot next door. Place is not good for trailers
