I did not interact with personnel, but I was charged an extra day for returning ~40 mins past my window which I did not appreciate.

I felt the lady at pick up was not very well informed about my rental. It’s $20 for a day, and I was told to have in back in 4 hours. ??? No I said I signed up for about 8 hours and I told someone on the phone I’d have it back before closing, or the next day. As it is a 24 hour rental. Also get a computer, when she pulled out a notebook I had to laugh inside, what is this the dinosaur age? However i would rent here again. It’s close to where i live.
