1st issue with my 2 orders are the locations on the app for each day was wrong. On the 12th my reservation said New London location when it was Groton, and vice versa. 2nd the vehicle I picked up today (9/13) at New London had GLASS SHARDS in the back when opening the back of the cab which fell out and were scattered on the truck bed. My wife cut her toe on the glass (NOT ACCEPTABLE). Also, truck on 9/13 was under a quarter tank full upon pickup.
