The lady at the desk was a rude b!tch. First thing she said to me is "you parked in the wrong spot" in a very rude tone. She was also training someone and was rude to her as well. Another gentlemen walked in while I was checking out and she told him he had to wait outside; there was plenty of room inside the office for him to stand in line behind me. Overall, the woman was just a miserable person to be around, and I can't believe someone with her attitude is in a job where customer service is required. Otherwise, all was good with my rental.

The woman wasn’t very helpful at the desk and was a little rude. The app was super glitchy and not user friendly at all so the extra help was needed.
Meagan BRented a pickup truck. Didn’t know to use the key fob to open tailgate. If that is not common on pickup trucks now, maybe let customers know.
Gary PThe truck was filthy, especially the Moms/Grandmas attic which was oily/greasy. Never had a walk thru of the vehicle prior to getting it. We reserved an appliance dolly but none was available. Truck was wonky/did not drive well and felt unsafe driving. Returning the truck was difficult. We did not use the blankets and 1800GOUHAUL customer service agent Mavis was totally unhelpful. The Safe n Sound worker said UHaul system kept going down and unable to credit us the blankets. Had to call her manager of Safe n Sound had to credit us the blankets. The vehicle was so filthy and not really road worthy/very wobbly. Since we could not use the Moms/Grandmas attic, had to do multiple trips/extra mileage. We should get a compensation of at least $100 since we needed to drive due to filthy truck and also it being a filthy truck. Also not having walk thru in the beginning was very unprofessional. Will never use that facility again to rent a uhual. Please call us about compensation. If we do not hear back, my husband has active veteran social media sites and will communicate to everyone on the unworthiness of UHaul.
Kimberly WOver charged me for mileage and charged me 25 insurance that had she asked I wouldn’t have take. Called to dispute manager never called me back I the hour I was told. Called the customer service number spoke to Reggie very nice request a Williams call me by Wednesday. I won’t be back to this location normally use gold star highway which is where I originally booked but Gina said they over booked and needed to go to bridge street
