Terrible experience. Half an hr to get the truck, everything done by cell phone. 40 mins to return the truck, no refund on over payment... I'll never use U-Haul again.

Check in was awful, I did it all in advance oo line to expedite the check in, but still took me over half hour to have to redo everything on site.
Keith MWe have booked a U-Haul from 242 King Street near Farah Express. but we got it automatically scheduled in Guelph. so we had to travel about 60 km up and down to pick up and drop off the U-Haul and it costed around $60 extra for the same. hence it was a bitter experience.
JINCE KThe storefront could not access your new software and the lock combinations had unknowingly been changed so it took an hour to actually pick up the vehicle.
