Tire pressure low, had a flat tire, reported odometer issues to Uhaul prior to driving. Filed a complaint and have not heard back not one word

Link for the address was wrong, took me an hour out of my way. Don't click the link, enter the address yourself. Called uhaul and after a long wait was hung up on.
SCO RThe mobile system is extremely tedious. I wasted 30 min of my scheduled time just getting to the keys and thru the process. I will never use that system again
Jennifer SIt would be better if customers could complete the drivers license information as part of the pre-check in. I had to call customer service on the day of the rental due to the system being slow. Customer service representative was extremely helpful!
