SHANNON OThe UHaul system was down when I arrived to pick up the trailer so the staff member could not complete the paperwork normally. He had to call someone in order to get certain information but it seemed fine at the time because he was able to complete the paperwork. This did cause a problem when I returned the trailer, however.

BRAD Mdropped off Sunday afternoon. The process was super easy. Called the number on the gate and he let us in, told us where to go and waited while we unhitched trailer. Then made sure we had the code to exit. Very helpful.
