The location was fine but the Uhaul App did not work for pick-up. I couldn't get past the last step because it kept saying that I had to open/click on a document even though i had opened and clicked on everything that I could. Luckily the place was opening up so I didn't really have to wait.

The app is a little confusing.
Kristie DI reserved a furniture dolly and two regular dollies on the website and when i showed up they didn't have them. Led to significant hardship during my move.
