BRANDON GThe location lacked clear signage. Was part of several businesses sharing the same place. One business was an auto collision/repair shop and cars were everywhere. Carla and Alex were not helpful and surly. Alex wouldn't help me with the trailer, preferring to fill a parked truck with antifreeze. I don't understand why you would allow a dealership to share space with several businesses. The Texas location is only a U-haul on a large lot with storage units. This place is a mess. There were no supplies in the office and poorly staffed. You need to pull the franchise. Awful location and staff
