Charged me an after hours service fee for dropping off a rental after business hours. Rental agent never made me aware that there was a process to check in trailer after business hours, have rented from many other places and never had this issue dropping after hours.

DAVID FOwner charged additional day when trailer was returned on time. I looked around the entire establishment for an associate when I brought the trailer back and found no one. I dropped the trailer in its original space, snapped a photo and left. Then I get a bill for over $200 for a 2 day rental!
