check in process took over 30 minutes. I stated that we would be back by 2:00 pm and arrived at 1:00 to find that he was closing early and no one helped with the return. I then had to call uHaul after the fact to indicate that the trailer was returned and that there was no damage to the trailer. Will not use this location again.

Glenn BThe trailer was returned prior to the time and date that it was due at and I still got a $20~ late fee/convenience fee. The trailer was older and shook a lot when driving. The hooks did not fit into the trailer hitch so I had to go buy some that worked.
